Owlfest 12: A celebration of 12 years of Music, Art, and Camping. Started in 2011, Owlfest has paid host to over 80 bands and thousands of campers. We are a family friendly event with food and craft vendors, a kids area with movies under the stars each night, and a talent show for the kids on Sunday.

#OFXI - This one goes to Eleven! - Our eleventh year of this unique festival. We feature the finest local bands from Sacramento, Chico, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and all parts in between. We have 28 scheduled performances, kids' area, movies under the stars, a full weekend tribute to Heavy Metal and a very special all star lineup performing Spinal Tap at midnight on Saturday!, food and craft vendors, awesome scenery and hiking, bonfires, an open mic and so much more! This year boasts many brand new bands to our festival! We are absolutely and completely excited about this year and can't wait to see you up on the mountain.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? No this is an all ages event. There are age tiers however. 14 and up is considered an adult. 13 and under are kids, 4 and under are free with adult. We strive for a family environment and all are welcome who attend .
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? As far as getting to the event you will have to drive or carpool. There is plenty of parking onsite. We ask if you bring an RV to keep it small (Like preferably no bigger than 40'), and that you let us know in advance. Car camping will be designated in an area away from our tent areas to provide more space. Full Tent Camping is highly encouraged.
What is the details of Tent Camping, Car Camping, and RV/Trailer camping? Just want to say that RV spots () are limited and you must have a pass for a spot. These are just for the RV spots, you must also buy an admission ticket. Car camping () spots are also limited. A car camping spot is an area for you to park your car, set up a tent, and that’s your area. Tent camping will be a spot large enough for one tent and a small outside area. These slots come with your full weekend pass and are first come first served. So if you want to camp with specific folks, come together, and create your village! We have ample parking and tent camping for everyone.
What can I bring into the event? Pack as if you were going on a rustic camping event. Keep in mind this is a pack in pack out event. Whatever you bring in, you are taking out! So trash bags and recycle bags. Tents(s), pop ups, camping kitchen items (propane stove, pots and pans, camping kitchen materials), Water, Ice, Drinks if you don't want to pay for them, yeah! You will receive a list with your orientation email after your ticket purchase as far as how to pack and budget for Owlfest. I mean its pretty common sense stuff, but if you have some questions still, just contact us, honestly, we are nice.
